With rising demand for label-quality printed laminate tubes in the cosmetic market, Aisa’s Decoseam™ 120 line offers a high-performance solution for the production of 360°-decorated laminate tubes in round or oval formats, from Ø12.7 mm to Ø63.5 mm. Three types of laminate tubes can be produced: Decoseam™ or overlap in Ø19 mm to Ø63.5 and Decoseam™ nano in Ø12.7 mm to Ø25mm.
Thanks to Decoseam™ technology, tube producers can now deliver laminate tubes with the same seamless look as extruded tubes, while standing out visually, even in high-volume bottle markets.
Capable of handling asymmetric laminates and paper, across a broad range of laminate thicknesses, this line enables the production of complex, functional tube formats that meet the growing demand for light weight and sustainable packaging.
At the heart of the system, Aisa’s Saesa® technology sets standards in tube manufacturing by seamlessly assembling sleeves with pre-moulded shoulders and caps. This advanced process eliminates cooling related speed reductions, ensuring precise, efficient, and consistently high-performance production throughout the entire tube diameter range.
